When will I receive my order?

We deliver in 1–5 working days across South Africa.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free on all orders over R699.


Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. For now, we only ship within South Africa, but we’re working on international delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we’ll try to make changes. Just email us ASAP.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major bank cards and payment methods in South Africa.


How do I use a discount code?

You can enter your promo or discount code at checkout. If it’s valid, it will apply automatically.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 


What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags and packaging.


Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. For hygiene reasons, socks without tags, sports bras, and underwear cannot be returned.


How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email us or use our Customer Support Portal (coming soon).


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, the first size exchange is free. For further exchanges, a courier fee will apply.


Who pays shipping on returns/exchanges?

For incorrect sizing: you cover the return shipping unless it’s your first exchange.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 7–10 business days.

Do your sizes run small or big?

We recommend checking our size guide on each product page, including model measurements and fit notes.


How do I know what size to order?

Use our interactive size guide (coming soon) or follow the sizing info on the product page.

How do I care for my items?

Care instructions are on both the website and product labels. Most garments are machine washable, cold, gentle cycle.


What materials do you use?

Each product page includes fabric composition and key performance features (like 4-way stretch, breathability, or quick-dry).


Do you restock sold-out items?

Some products are core pieces and will restock. Others are limited editions, once they’re gone, they’re gone.


Is there a warranty?

We’re working on a 6-month warranty program for manufacturing defects. Stay tuned.

What if I receive the wrong item or something is defective?

Contact us immediately. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Yes, but bundle return policies may vary. Exchanges are usually allowed, but partial refunds may not be.
