Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not what you expected, here's how we can help:


RETURNS

  • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags and packaging included).

  • We do not accept returns on worn, damaged, or washed items.

  • To start a return, email us at info@goaftrit.com with your order number and reason for return.


REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


EXCHANGES

  • We offer free size exchanges within 28 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all original tags attached.

  • To request an exchange, email info@goaftrit.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll arrange the courier both ways at no cost to you.

  • After 28 days, or if items are not in original condition, a courier fee may apply.


FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, email us at info@goaftrit.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we'll make it right.
