Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not what you expected, here’s how we can help:


RETURNS

  • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags and packaging included).

  • We do not accept returns on worn, damaged, or washed items.

  • To start a return, email us at info@shopaftr.co.za with your order number and reason for return.


REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

  • If you need a different item, simply return your item and place a new order.


FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, email us at info@shopaftr.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we’ll make it right.
