RETURNS

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags and packaging included).

We do not accept returns on worn, damaged, or washed items.

To start a return, email us at info@shopaftr.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different item, simply return your item and place a new order.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, email us at info@shopaftr.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we’ll make it right.
